Us Navy Blue Blouse Original Coat 1883 1902This is an original vintage standard us army enlisted man's undress coat of the period 18831902, the buttons show the state seal of rhode island - the anchor over the motto 'hope' - indicating that the coat was worn yb the militia of thet state is missing one button and it has few moths holes and a little patch on front left.
